The implementation of an integrated municipal transport network aims to shape unhindered movement and transportation conditions to citizens in the city by social terms. The reason which impose its creation is in any case the difficulty of communication between the regions of the municipality. The main axes for the operation of the particular network are as follows:
* Restoration of communication between municipality’s districts and their integration in the areas of service together with unstable or declining areas by the existing transport network.
* Stimulation of local economy by linking local commercial areas of the municipality.
* Municipal public transport will serve residents for free and municipal buses which will pass through neighborhoods can be a small but necessary assistance to the employee and the pensioner who cannot consume fuel or pay taxi for traveling, or rely only to sparse conventional routes of public transportation in order to reach health centers or public and municipal services. * Mini-bus of 15-30 seats for traffic in narrow streets.
* Articulated-bus of 150 seats.
The above vehicles use modified engines which burn hydrogen fuel and the fuel storage takes place in bottles of 20 kg each, placed on the floor.

Routes and passengers handling.

The buses of municipal public transport cross the city's road network by performing round-trips and the length of the lines determines the frequency of itineraries as follows:
* Length 7.5 km, route frequency 25 min.
* Length 12 km, route frequency 60 min.
Indicative data describe as follows:
* Implemented: 160 routes per day.
* Total line: More than 1,200 km per day.
* Move: Over 18,000 passengers per day.

Municipal transport network infrastructures.

The network of public transportation is supported by:
* Central station that operates as a starting point and as an end. Here, all the parked vehicles and systems for the primary vehicle maintenance are found.
